  • Behind Stihl, Hammer (German companies) and ProLogis (US company) companies, 200 m from Poznan - Berlin Highway, there are 40 ha (98,8 acres) of land. Beside this lot there is going to be constructed the Poznan turnpike.
  • Further, driving from Poznan towards Berlin, there are 65 ha (160.6 acres) of investment land on the right side of the road; it is situated right beside the German bus and truck factory MAN.

This is one of the best locations near Poznan. The development of the lots includes electricity, gas, water, sewerage and telephone. The land is very even and full developed and can be sold as a whole or in pieces. The area is excluded from agricultural production with appropriation for non - agricultural aims on the grounds. In the case of a big investor, there is the possibility of a tax relief for 2, 3 years.

ATTENTION - The properties have very good road connections

The bypass (Highway S11, with two lanes in each direction) of Poznan will be situated in Sady (Tarnowo Podgorne). This bypass will connect route 92 with the new highway A2 (Berlin – Warszawa) in the locality Głuchowo and with Gdańsk and Koszalin . Currently the authorities are still acqiuring land for this purpose and the construction will start in 2009 and end in 2011.
