Dieses Grundstück liegt an der Bundesstraße Poznan – Pila – Koszalin - Gdansk, die nach Nordpolen führt. Das Grundstück liegt auf der linken Seite der Straße, wenn man von Poznan nach Koszalin fährt. Poznan´s Zentrum liegt nur 10 Minuten (6 km) entfernt. Dieses Grundstück grenzt an eine Bahnverbindung ( Poznañ – Pi³a-Koszalin) und die Erlaubnis diese bei Bedarf zu nutzen wurde schon eingeholt.
